Beautiful May Morning 🌱

On this beautiful May Morning, my daughter and I have started to plant out some of our saplings. 🌱 Well ok just the one. We have started a second grow bag of potatoes🥔 last year we only had one harvest of potatoes. But they were such flowery potato. Made delicious mash 😋 This year I'm hoping for a few more crops. Potatoes take approximately 90 days to reach harvesting. When the leaves start to die off then it's perfect time to turn the soil, or empty a grow bag. And reap the rewards of a great harvest. Don't forget to put the old soil back into the composter. So it can be reused ♻️🌱♻️
