The Beginning!

Here it is!

Friday 13th!

Its supposed to be unlucky for some. But for me I'm hoping it brings me good luck. As its my Dads birthday, I know it's going to be lucky for me. Unfortunately he isn't here to read this or see this site. He passed away in June 2014 from Stage 4 cancer. The word doesn't even deserve a capital letter. I hate it so much. I dont want to go into detail about my Dad's passing but just to say that he believed in all of us (my sister,brother and I). Even if we didn't always believe in ourselves. So I have chosen this day, his birthday, to launch my website and blog. As a little salute to a great Dad.

I'm not there yet, but I'm getting there.
